GD4S calls on the European Commission to recognize the role of blending hydrogen into the existing gas networks
Brussels, 18 March 2021 - Together with more than 90 energy companies, GD4S calls on the European Commission to consider the importance of hydrogen blending in existing gas networks. The association highlights the key contribution of existing gas transmission and distribution networks, and the related facilities connected to them, as a key enabling factor to achieve the decarbonization of the European economy and to reach the objectives of the European Hydrogen Strategy.
