Frédéric Dykmans is the Secretary General of GD4S, leveraging extensive experience in gas distribution and energy management. With a career spanning over two decades, Frédéric has held senior positions at GRDF, where he managed large-scale investments, industrial safety projects, biomethane injection and the modernization of gas networks. His expertise includes financial management, HR transformation, and business development, gained from various leadership roles across Europe. He holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain and speaks multiple languages. Frédéric is deeply committed to sustainability and community involvement.

As a Senior Policy Officer with over 8 years of experience in energy transition, stakeholder advocacy, and legislative analysis, Kenza brings a solid technical foundation with a master's degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering. Having worked across the US, France, and now Belgium, Kenza have gained a comprehensive understanding of global energy markets and regulatory frameworks. Her expertise lies in driving policy changes through targeted advocacy, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and developing strategic solutions to advance the EU’s decarbonisation roadmap. Kenza is passionate about sustainable energy and committed to fostering partnerships that promote resilient, efficient, and clean energy systems.
