Frédéric Dykmans is the Secretary General of GD4S, leveraging extensive experience in gas distribution and energy management. With a career spanning over two decades, Frédéric has held senior positions at GRDF, where he managed large-scale investments, industrial safety projects, biomethane injection and the modernization of gas networks. His expertise includes financial management, HR transformation, and business development, gained from various leadership roles across Europe. He holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain and speaks multiple languages. Frédéric is deeply committed to sustainability and community involvement.

Cristina Zaharia has extensive experience in EU and national energy policy. She previously worked for Distrigaz Sud Retele (DGSR), a member of GD4S, where she played an active role in EU advocacy efforts within the gas distribution sector.
With over 13 years of experience in the Romanian public sector, Cristina has held roles in the Prime Minister's Office, the Romanian Embassy in Paris, and as Director of the Cabinet for the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Trade, and Tourism. She also spent 12 years at ENGIE Romania, focusing primarily on Public and European Affairs.
Cristina is fluent in Romanian (her native language), French, and English.

With five years of experience in EU affairs, Valentin most recently served as the EU Public Affairs Manager at the European Renewable Gas Registry (ERGAR), where he focused on the certification of renewable gases. He has also managed the Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP) and interned as a Schuman trainee in the European Parliament, among others. A native Romanian, Valentin speaks fluent English and has a limited understanding of Portuguese and French.
